Patronage rules for educational events

1. A proposal can be made to the Board through the national representative.
   
2. The course objectives should be clarified- should be directed to teaching GP's
   
3. Applications should contain a preliminary program and a list of speakers/teachers
   
   • It should state intention: national or international
     
   • It should state the language of the course and the availability of simultaneous translation
     
4. At least one of the course organizers should be an EURACT council member
   
5. There should be a reduced rate for conference fee to EURACT members
   
6. The final decision lies with the board.
   
7. Patronage does not mean financial responsibility.
   
8. Signing attendance certificates should be done by the E-member involved
   
9. (Patronage can not be given for events organised at the moment of a main EURACT event)
