It seems that we have achieved to activate a big part of the council members to play the role of the local treasurer; this is expressed with the almost duplication of the income coming from the membership fees. The same picture comes from the organization in collaboration fees.

The second stable source of income is the annual grant of the European Society.

Concerning the expeditures it must noticed that the increasing expenses for the meetings has to do with the enlargement of both the council and the EB. From the other hand there is an increase of the administrative overheads cause of the numerous activities and projects that are running.

In general, the economic situation of Euract can be characterized as healthy and according to the aims and the strategy that the Council has put. This is the result of the appropriate investment of the money that comes of the increasing number of members, which reached the figure of 600. In other words it seems that the website, the courses, the documents and the sponsored places in courses are welcomed of more and more general practitioners involved in training.
